Artesian Bottling Share Company

The Yo Holding sister company, Artesian Bottling Share Company, was established in October 2017. The holding developed a vision and strategy to revive Sinalco's market legacy and acknowledge the crucial role played by the domestic soft drink market. The facility is situated in the Ethiopian Oromiya regional state's Dukem town. The facility is capable of generating 315,000 hectoliters of soft drinks annually. In a franchise contract inked in March 2018, Artesian Bottling Share Company and Sinalco International Brands established their collaboration. The business has established an organizational structure that was examined by a reputable consulting firm, and it currently has about 100 permanent employees. Its headquarters are located in Addis.
